This piece of writing was written for a professional writing course. the theme of the essay was to explain how to handle a scenario where someone (ken) fails to credit others for the work they have done. The essay dives into different ways to handle the situation and what consequences will come from them.

I learned that there are many different ways to handle a situation like this. in order to correct the situation, you must be able to read the other person well. the most important thing to is resolve the situation calmly and professionally.

By researching and understanding the different situations I could be thrown into in my career, I feel I have prepared myself to handle these situations better than before. I will increase my communication skills and confidence in myself to stand firm in my moral ethics and beliefs.
